Fat Loss Challenge Begins June 1

We're going to be doing a 21 day fat loss challenge beginning June 1. Check in each day for tips and workouts to help blast fat in time for those sleeveless summer tops!
Over the weekend, clean out your kitchen cabinets of any processed and junk food and stock up on whole grains, veggies, fruits and lean proteins.
On May 30, i will post your first weeks workout plan and eating tips.
Be sure to post your progress and encourage one another! I will be joining you in the program and will post my own progress as well.
It will be challenging but worth it! Come on folks, you can survive 3 weeks!
