Bonus Workout

Here’s a bonus challenge for you. It’s call The 300…because it equals 300 reps!

50 Jumping Jacks
50 Squats
50 Push-ups
50 Lunges
50 Bicycle Crunches
50 Mountain Climbers

Repeat as many times as you can for 20 minutes, resting briefly between rounds.
