Day 11 of the 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge

Today you will be doing Cardio Interval 2. Your goal is to do better than your last round.  If you are still feeling good at your 20 min. mark, add another 10 minutes steady state cardio to your workout, or do a few sets of ab exercises. Now that’s a challenge! By now, you appetite should be adjusted to your new eating pattern. However, because we are all different sizes, some may find themselves feeling very hungry. If this situation applies to you, please increase your protein portions by 1-2 oz. per meal, or add in an extra serving of complex carbs, such as ½ cup of rice or pasta, or a yogurt parfait (1/2 c. greek yogurt, 1 tsp. honey, and your choice of fruit). Extra veggies are always a plus! Also remember to stay hydrated, if you find yourself feeling thirsty at any time, you are not drinking enough water.


How is everyone doing? I feel as if my endurance levels are increasing and I’ve lost a couple of pounds!
