Cardio Boredom?

I’m going to fess up – I hate cardio. I am a true weights gal. However, we all know that being physically fit means that we need to add cardio into our workout routines. There are days when my energy level allows me to go for longer cardio sessions, however, my favorite cardio days are those that I perform HIIT sessions. I can get an intense workout in 20 minutes. Here are two cardio routines that will help bust you out of the rut.
