Bench Step Up - 15 per leg holding 20-25lb dumbbells
Single Leg Squat - One leg on resting on bench behind you, 15 per leg holding 15-20lb dumbbells
Single Leg Stiff Leg Deadlift - 15 per leg, holding 20lb dumbbells
Reverse Lunge - 15 per leg, holding 20lb dumbbells
Split Jump - 20 times total, no weight
