Somersault Snacks Review and Giveaway!

When you try to eat clean, you tend to shy away from processed foods because most of them have trans -fats, sugars and preservatives that can wreak havoc upon our bodies. Not all processed foods have these evil ingredients; but you do have to read the labels and do your homework when it comes to choosing healthy snacks for you and your family. So I am always on the lookout for something you can grab quickly, that won’t leave you feeling empty or guilty. Somersault Snacks is a great option for just that.
They are a perfect small treat that you can give the kids, and they are made with wholesome ingredients: sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower oil – no trans-fats, no GMO, no preservatives; baked not fried. Check out the ingredient list here.

If you weren’t aware, the sunflower seed is very nutritious. They are packed with four times more antioxidants than blueberries, walnuts, and peanuts, boosting the immune system and lowering blood pressure and bad cholesterol. They are also considered as a healthy fat, having both omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.

Somersault’s snacks come in a variety of flavors, pacific sea salt, cinnamon crunch, salty pepper dutch cocoa, and santa fe salsa. I have tried them all and although they were all good – the cinnamon crunch is my favorite!

Somersault’s snacks are offering a giveaway! The package contains a sample of each flavor, and 1 large size bag of the Pacific Sea Salt.
