Mangoes are rich in vitamin C and contain polyphenols that show promise in fighting breast and colon cancers.

Puree 1 peeled and chopped mango and 3 Tbsp lime juice in blender. Transfer to bowl and stir in 3 Tbsp each finely chopped jalapeno (without seeds) and cilantro, 1 tsp minced garlic, and 1/4 tsp cumin. Serve with grilled chicken breast and lime wedges. Serves 4.
