For the person who works out at home, weights can be an expensive investment. So I love it when I can offer a way to provide strength training without a big price tag.
I think by now everyone has heard of suspension training. Suspension training is an approach to fitness training that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a "suspension trainer" to allow the user to work against their own body weight.
Andrew Gavigan, designer of the MostFit™ resistance trainer, sent me a suspension strap to try for myself. Now, I have used suspension straps at my local gym and love them. No matter your fitness level, the first time you use it – it is tough! It requires you to use muscles that aren’t always relied upon in a traditional gym workout.
