Day 13 of the 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge

Day 13 of the 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge. Today you will do Cardio Interval #3. Give it all you have today – tomorrow is an Active Rest Day. Push your high intensity interval longer, your recovery shorter, or add resistance. If you are working out at home, try the At-home cardio workout, or the “300 bonus challenge”. Or you can try a Tabata style workout using the following layout:

Jumping Jacks for 20 sec.
Rest 10 sec..
Mountain Climbers for 20 sec.
Rest 10 sec.
Wide Outs for 20 sec.
Rest 10 sec.
Alternating Jump Lunges
Rest 60 sec.

Repeat sequence for 20 minutes.
