Today is Day 18 of the 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge! Today you will be doing a Cardio Interval. Switch things up a bit today. If you usually use the treadmill, try the elliptical, or instead of using machines, try a tabata-style cardio routine. It’s the weekend, and almost the end of the challenge, and you may be tempted to let your guard down. Hang on! You are almost there; don’t cheat yourself out of the last few days. If you are having a planned “splurge” meal, that’s fine, but if you have already had one this week, keep on schedule. Make a fruit salad, or try the yogurt popsicle recipe for a treat. Only 3 more days…..you can do it!
