Day 19 of the 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge

Wow, 2 more workouts…..don’t loose steam now, you are almost to the finish line! Today you will do Weight Workout Interval C. Choose a routine from any of the intervals. Challenge yourself and do one that was especially hard for you. Tomorrow I will post a segment on how to go back to a “not so strict” eating program so that you will not gain back the weight you worked so hard to lose. Good luck!
