A Summer Treat That Feels Like A Cheat

Berry Yogurt Popsicles

1 cup of low fat Greek yogurt
2 cups of berries of your choice
1-2 tsp of honey (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds (11.98 at or small paper cups – insert a popsicle stick and freeze for 4 or more hours.

These taste great and nutritional too!
