It's Friday Fitness!

I wanted to share a decadent smoothie recipe that is great as a post workout treat!

Post Workout Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 banana
- 3 strawberries
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup water, skim milk, soy milk or almond milk
- 4-5 ice cubes 

Let’s Blend:
1. Cut banana into 1 inch chunks
2. Cut strawberries into quarters (smaller if the strawberries are larger)
3. Place banana and strawberries into a blender
4. Place protein powder, water/milk and ice cubes in the blender.
5. Blend the mixture until creamy.
6. Pour into a glass and enjoy

I'll have to try this. It will be a nice change from my regular chocolate, almond butter and banana post-workout smoothie.
