For Friday Fitness this week i decided to have a little fun. Here is a routine you can do for the holidays!
THE NUMBERS 1-12 ARE YOUR REPS FOR THE CORRESPONDING EXERCISE. ASSUME IT INDICATES YOUR TOTAL REPS UNLESS PER SIDE IS INDICATED.
1 Bear Crawl (length of a room and back)
2 Push-Up T
3 Burpees
4 Split Jumps
5 Pike Crunches (beginners put hands behind hips on floor for stabilization)
6 Side Lunge (per side)
7 Wide Stance Squats
8 Mason Twists (per side for 16reps total)
9 Wide-outs
10 Push-ups
11 Prone Plank w/Knee Tuck
12 Jump Squats
Two ways to perform:
1. Like the song “The 12 Days of Christmas”, start at exercise 1, then do exercise 2, and then 1 right after, then exercise 3, then 2, then 1…and so on… Finish with your last round being the one starting with exercise 12.
2. Go from 1 to 12, or from 12 to 1, in order and perform 2-3 times through, depending on your ability level.

oh goodness that sounds like a burner but I sure do love the burn!!
What a fun idea! My husband and son have challenged me with a 300 workout. I will do it and then I'm going to challenge them with this!
Sounds like a blast! Do I have to sing the song while I do it?
