Its
summer and I know everyone wants a slim midsection. Today’s workout challenge
is all about Abs. As you know, working your abs and doing cardio is only 20% of
the equation when showing your abs – the other 80% is done in the kitchen. So
in addition to this workout, you are going to have to tighten up on what you
eat if you want to see the rewards of your hard work! For 2 weeks, leave the
junk alone, get your heart rate up for 20 minutes, 5 times a week, and do this abs
routine and you will start to see some slimming results.
Build
Your Own Home Gym
If
you have been working at home for a while and want to take challenge your
muscles more, take your routine up a notch by adding some resistance training
to your program. Build a home gym with a few inexpensive products.
Resistance
Bands are an inexpensive alternative to dumbbells and come in different
tensions. Cost: $5-$15
A
Stability Ball can be used for balance and variety in your routines. $20
Suspension
Straps can be temporarily attached to a door. The Most Fit brand is only $30.
