Today is Day 20 of the 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge. You will be doing Cardio Intervals. Mix it up and do something different. Don’t go easy just because this is your last cardio session – it requires just the opposite – give it your best yet! And I hope you aren’t dreaming about all the things you are going to eat after this program is over; because if you do indulge like that, it is going to hurt. Your body is no longer used to the sugar or fats, and you will feel miserable. On day 21, I will post tips for a maintenance plan. Good Luck!
