Day 2 of Fat Loss Program

As you start a new eating program, it can be beneficial to weigh and measure your food to make sure you are not underestimating your portions. Also, you can easily mistake being thirsty with being hungry, so make sure you stay hydrated. Any cravings you may be having will begin to fade in a few days; remember, you have a treat meal coming up, just hang on!
