Final Day of the 21 Day Fat Loss Challenge

Today is the final day of the Fat Loss Program. You have been working hard on your physique for 3 weeks now, but it isn’t time to quit. You have one more Weight Interval to do. Choose any of the routines that you wish and give it your all. Tomorrow you can enjoy a day of rest and know that you earned it.
