Protein cookies, low in fat and high in protein.
(found on the internet, I apologize, I can’t remember where)
1c. oats (I used 1 min. quick oats)
2T. natural peanut butter
3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
1 square dark chocolate chopped up
used about 4T. of water
Mixed all together, then baked at 350 for about 4-5min.
Makes 18-24 cookies that were about 1-1/2" to 2" around.
Around 30-40 cals each
2.50 g protein
1 g fat
3.6 g carbs
