Feet Elevated Push Ups x 15 reps
One Legged Step Ups (use a chair) x 15 reps each leg
Elevated Push Ups (against the dresser) x 15 reps
Bulgarian Split Squats (one leg behind you elevated on chair) x 15 reps each leg
Bench Dips x 20 reps (let’s do 20 of these)
Hip Raises x 15 reps
One Legged Hip Raises x 15 reps each leg
Wide Outs x 20 reps (let’s do 20 of these)
