Mama’s Berry Smoothie

Yield: 4 servings (about 6 fluid ounces each)
Ingredients:
1 ½ medium bananas, peeled and frozen
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh whole strawberries
½ cup nonfat milk
¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey

If you would like more protein in this smoothie, add 1 scoop of vanilla flavored whey protein powder. It will add 100 calories, 22 grams protein, 2 grams carbs and 1.5 grams fat.
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
