Pre and Post Workout Smoothies

SUMMER MANGO BERRY" PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
(PRE-WORKOUT)
INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze, skim milk, or water
1/2 cup frozen strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, or ½ c. greek yogurt
1-2 tsp. honey, sweetened to taste

DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed for one minute.


GREEN PROTEIN MACHINE
(POST-WORKOUT)

INGREDIENTS
½ Banana
¼ c. Frozen Blueberries
2 tsp. honey
1 cup Water
1 cup1 Fresh Spinach, minus the stems
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder or ½ c. yogurt

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Yummy! What kind of protein powder do you use?

Nancy, i use champion whey - it is very low in sugar and contains no aspartame.
