Watermelon Slush

Here is a recipe for a cool treat you can make with the kids this weekend.

Watermelon Slush
From EatingWell: Summer 2004

4 servings, about 1 cup each

Ingredients
3 cups diced watermelon
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup water
Preparation
1. Blend watermelon, lime juice, sugar, ice and water in a blender until smooth.

sounds delish...but instead of water - I like to cube the watermelon and freeze it and then use it in smoothies or in this case a slush.
