Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins

Sometimes you need a quick “pick-up and take with you” breakfast.  We have fixed these several times at my house. I hope you enjoy them.

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup Quick Oats
1/4 cup Toasted Wheat Germ
6 Egg Whites
1 Scoop Chocolate Organic Protein Powder (Action Whey is great)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Agave Nectar Amber
1/2 tbsp Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 medium Banana
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Cinnamon Applesauce

Directions
1. Except the banana, add all ingredients to blender and blend.
2. Cut banana into chunks and add to blender. Mix in with a spoon.
3. Put batter into muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees.
4. Bake for 30 minutes

I've been meaning to tell you how much I love your protein bars! I've made them twice. I need to blog about them :)

This looks like another tasty recipe to try. Thanks for adding a bit of variety to my menu planning :)
