Fat Loss Challenge Day 4

Day 4…you will be doing Cardio Interval #2. Try to do as well or better than you did for Cardio Day #1. You are doing great! Two more days and you get an active rest (housework, play with the kids, go hiking) day or do the bonus challenge to mix it up! Also, after day 5 go ahead and have your treat meal…if you haven’t already!

I notice a big drop in cravings today, which is great. It's nice to be off the sugar-roller-coaster. I feel so free! :)
